Sustainable Tuesdays
eat seasonal

I love running Litty’s Larder, being able to bake, and cook, for so many different reasons and so many folk. And equally I love working with liked-minded passionate, folk who have the same values of putting people and the environment first.

Steampunk coffeeSo back in May I decided to do something that I have wanted to do for a long time now and highlight more on a regular basis the amazing folk who produce, supply, collaborate, support and inspire Litty’s Larder. This is now a regular feature of Litty’s Larder and includes food and drink based businesses, as well as other liked minded eco-conscious, sustainably focused and ethical businesses, who have similar values and goals as Litty’s Larder. This takes part on Tuesdays on my social media platforms and will form part of my blog series here on my website.

I hope this regular feature will help to raise awareness, inspire and encourage us all to think about, try, or even adopt, one or more practises to help our physical and mental health, the local economy, the environment, human connections and social injustices. In turn I hope this gives you a deeper insight to Litty’s Larder in terms of why I do what I do, why I choose the ingredients I do, and why I choose to collaborate and be inspired by these amazing Indy businesses and individuals. I am sure through this I will also find new practises I can adopt in Litty’s Larder and also my home life too.

Big steps, little steps, and future steps will all add up.
